This course guide on various topics related to holistic treatments such as: Nutritional medicine, environmental medicine, mind-body medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathic medicine, chiropractic, botanical medicine, bodywork/massage, naturopathic medicine, homeopathy, Ayurvedic medicine, and acupuncture.
HHP 102 – Holistic Nutrition I (3 credits) 00:00:00
This course focuses on the building block of nutrition and evaluates foods and diets discussing every food group and most diets around the world. In addition, emphasize on the environment and nutrition raises awareness and offers guidance about food additives, industrial chemicals, food irradiation, electropollution, and other health and ecological issues.
HHP 103 – Holistic Nutrition II (3 credits) 00:00:00
This second part of the course covers various topics: A personalized eating plan for the year. The ideal diet is both seasonally and naturally based, and a healthy lifelong diet. In addition, nutritional application that consists of 32 special diet and supplement programs such as life stage programs, performance enhancement programs, and detoxification and cleansing programs and other related nutrition and health issues.

This course introduces the human body on a microscopic level which includes cells, tissues, organs and systems13. Describe basic human body parts and their functions in the life process. How important the human body is which consists of cells, tissues, organs, and system that play a significant role in the structures and functions of each major system of the human body.

Students will gain the knowledge about basic concept of homeopathy. How does homeopathy work? Finding and using the right remedy descriptions in the preventing of illness with homeopathy.
